Marseille, 1975 years. Ambitious Judge Pierre Michel (Jean Dujardin) gets assigned to the drug police department with the task of development of a criminal group responsible for metastasis to the US wholesale quantities of heroin. A gang of ruthless and charismatic directs Gaëtan "Tany" Zampa (Gilles Lellouche), which remains elusive for law enforcement, effectively obliterating traces and handsomely paying corrupt policemen and officials.
